Enjoy flexible workdays—spend 8-15 hours per week (1-2 days depending on location) providing essential therapy services in one of several welcoming Colorado communities: Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Evergreen, or Black Hawk. Your expertise will help students access their education and reach developmental milestones through collaborative therapy practices.

What you'll bring:

  • Active COTA or Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
  • Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage your caseload efficiently
  • Reliable transportation to travel within your assigned geographic area
  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized therapy plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (if COTA role)
  • Supporting students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills to help them thrive in the classroom
  • Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Consulting with educators and caregivers to extend therapeutic strategies into daily routines
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights into students’ needs and progress
