Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active COTA licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting educational goals
  • Ability to work full-time, maintaining consistency for students and the therapy team
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by an Occupational Therapist in accordance with student IEPs
  • Support students in developing and improving fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, reporting, and professional standards
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
