Qualifications:

  • Active COTA license in California required
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable adapting to different campus environments
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Support elementary students in accessing their curriculum and developing essential skills
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for student progress on caseload (number of students to be determined)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the evaluation process as needed
  • Adapt activities for diverse student abilities and learning needs
  • This contract position begins in August and extends through June, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule for the school year. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact across multiple campuses in the East Bay area.
