Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active COTA license in California
  • Demonstrated experience working within a school setting
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Enthusiasm for working with K-12 students of all backgrounds
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
  • Assist in developing and adapting therapeutic activities to align with student needs and educational goals
  • Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families to monitor progress and ensure appropriate interventions
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
