Make an impact on students’ lives by lending your expertise as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a dynamic school-based setting. This full-time, contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week and the chance to work closely with dedicated OT professionals. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program and current COTA certification
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a COTA
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organization and adaptability for managing changing caseloads
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient, and student-centered approach
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions as prescribed by the supervising OT
  • Support students with varied needs, adapting strategies to individual goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student care
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for all students
