Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students across grades K–12 while working alongside a virtual Occupational Therapist (OT).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated occupational therapy professional who is passionate about helping students develop essential functional, academic, and independence skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist a virtual Occupational Therapist with student services and treatment implementation
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
Implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational and therapy goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the supervising Occupational Therapist
Provide services to students across K–12th grade as assigned
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Qualifications:
Active state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth, development, and independence
