ProCare Therapy | Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | School-Based Position
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time school-based opportunity supporting K–8 students in a collaborative district setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about pediatric therapy, enjoys working within educational environments, and values being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Position Overview:
Part-time schedule: 16 hours per week
School-based assignment serving K–8 students
Full school year contract
Consistent weekday schedule within school hours
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist and school staff
Implement OT treatment plans designed to support student IEP goals
Provide direct services to students in individual and/or small group settings
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional school skills
Track progress and contribute to documentation and reporting as needed
Participate in team meetings to support student success across academic and functional domains
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $38–$43 per hour

Minimum Requirements:
Active COTA license in the state of assignment
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a school setting
