Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current COTA license valid in Illinois
  • Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-based caseloads
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Flexibility to travel between assigned schools as needed
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and therapy implementation in educational settings beneficial
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the district’s provided systems and mentoring structure
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services and carry out student-specific interventions
  • Collaborate with supervising OTs, teachers, and school staff

  • Travel between sites to address student needs across the district
