Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Valid Massachusetts COTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under OTR supervision
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Work closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff in adapting classroom activities and materials
