Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current COTA license issued by the state of Maryland
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt activities and interventions to support a range of student needs
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and support services under the supervision of an occupational therapist
  • Implement interventions and therapeutic strategies tailored to IEP goals
  • Take part in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
  • Document student progress and maintain organized records of service delivery
  • Support student participation and independence in academic, social, and daily living activities
  • This role offers flexible contract arrangements, weekly pay, and eligible benefits for those working 30 hours per week or more—including customizable benefit packages, 401k with company matching, and travel stipends or per diem for qualified assignments.
