Step into a rewarding contract position as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) supporting a dynamic K-12 district spread across four schools. In this engaging opportunity, you'll partner closely with an onsite Occupational Therapist who provides supervision and mentorship. Your expertise will help students achieve meaningful growth and independence throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania COTA license
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting or working with children is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel between elementary, middle, and high school buildings as needed
  • A positive, flexible approach and commitment to student-centered care
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry out therapy activities as outlined in student IEPs under OT guidance
  • Deliver targeted interventions in group and individual settings across grades K–12
  • Accurately document progress and maintain records in compliance with educational and legal standards
  • Coordinate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings within the school community
