What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current Maryland COTA license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with children preferred

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in K-12, as outlined in IEPs
  • Supporting students’ motor skills, self-care, and participation in classroom activities
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and related service providers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student goal development
  • Assisting with program development and staff training as needed
