Step into an engaging, full-time opportunity supporting students as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) across multiple schools! Desired Background and Experience:

  • Valid COTA certification required
  • At least one year of pediatric experience, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites daily
  • Creative, compassionate, and flexible in adapting to changing needs
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services under guidance from an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Support IEP implementation and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
  • Deliver engaging activities that advance fine/gross motor, visual-perceptual, and adaptive skills
  • Maintain accurate session records and timely reporting
  • Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual needs
