Key Qualifications:

  • Active COTA license in Massachusetts
  • Experience or comfort working with Pre-K through 12th grade populations
  • Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and environments
  • What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OTR, supporting students’ IEP goals and daily functioning
  • Travel between designated school sites as a floater COTA, including early childhood, elementary, and multiple grade-level programs
  • Carry out individualized and small-group sessions utilizing a variety of therapy modalities and resources
  • Document student progress and assist with ongoing assessments
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service teams to promote student independence and participation
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate school site priorities and emerging needs
  • Details:

  • Contract dates: September 3, 2026 through June 24, 2027
  • Approximately 29–30 hours per week, tailored to your availability
