Key Qualifications:

  • Active COTA license in California required
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings
  • Comfortable managing an elementary caseload
  • Available to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Willingness to participate in a virtual interview process
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting student growth in an educational setting
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students under the supervision of an OTR/L
  • Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district policies
  • Support classroom staff in adapting activities and environments to promote student participation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies
  • Travel to onsite school locations as needed within the assignment parameters
