Step into a dynamic contract position as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) serving PreK-12th grade students for the upcoming school year. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a COTA, with active state credentials
  • Previous experience delivering occupational therapy in a school environment preferred
  • Adaptability to various sites and age groups (PreK through 12th grade)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage flexible scheduling needs
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct treatment and support to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Travel between assigned sites, including elementary and early childhood schools
  • Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans and interventions
  • Document and track student progress following school-based protocols
  • Actively engage in team meetings, student planning, and collaboration with educators and families
  • Position Details:

  • Contract timeframe: September 3, 2026 – June 24, 2027
  • Schedule: 29 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 30 depending on your preference
  • Serve students across multiple local campuses, with a flexible site rotation
