Responsibilities:
• Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and implementing individualized and group treatment plans
• Support students with developing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Maintain organized documentation and support goal tracking for student progress
• Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and therapy staff
• Contribute creative ideas and hands-on support during therapy sessions
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all students
• Participate actively in meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
• Valid COTA license/certification
• Experience working with children, preferably in school or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various student needs across PreK-8th grade
• Commitment to collaboration and following Occupational Therapist’s direction
• Organizational skills for effective paperwork and schedule management
