Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid California OT or COTA license required
  • Experience in school-based practice (elementary level preferred)
  • Background in healthcare, home health, or teletherapy valued

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple site assignments
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each school site
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary students across five campuses, using evidence-based approaches
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans to support students’ academic and functional success
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff as a key member of student support teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district protocols and legal standards
  • Actively participate in remote or in-person panel interviews and promptly complete onboarding requirements, including contract signing
