Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students across grades K–12th while assisting a virtual Occupational Therapist (OT).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated COTA who is passionate about helping students develop functional, developmental, and occupational skills while collaborating with educators, families, and related service professionals in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy support and services under the direction and supervision of a virtual Occupational Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions based on students' needs and goals
Support students across grades K–12th with a variety of occupational therapy needs
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Communicate regularly with the virtual OT regarding student progress and treatment needs
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the supervising OT
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, as appropriate

Qualifications:
Active COTA license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with students in grades K–12th preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under the direction of a virtual Occupational Therapist
Passion for supporting student growth and independence
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
