Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily tasks and promote independence.

Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and education on health and wellness strategies.

Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Adapt quickly to various healthcare settings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain one).

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but open to new graduates with strong clinical skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel to various locations within Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.

Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
