Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (OT/COTA)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct therapy services to students in a [K-12] educational setting. As a contract OT with Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing students’ needs, creating treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to help students develop or improve skills necessary for daily living and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to students with a variety of physical, sensory, and developmental disabilities.
  • Evaluate students' needs and create tailored therapy plans to address specific goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive environment for students’ development.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and communication with families.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide input as needed regarding students’ progress and goals.
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development opportunities, and training as required.

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with students in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping students succeed.
