School Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Job - New School Year

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for a full-time contract position in Bristol, NH for the 2025-2026 school year. This school-based role is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative team dedicated to making a positive impact in students’ lives.

Position Requirements:
Valid New Hampshire COTA license

Must meet all requirements as outlined by local and state regulations

Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred

Experience working with special education students and families is highly desirable

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Typical Job Duties:
Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic activities to support motor and sensory needs

Support students in improving functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation

Track student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation

Collaborate with OTs, special education staff, and classroom teachers

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions and planning

Promote independence, accessibility, and inclusion within the school environment
