Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and address the specific needs of each student
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in group settings, aligning with their educational goals
• Modify classroom environments and recommend adaptive equipment or assistive technology to facilitate students' engagement and success in academic and social activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and actively participate in team meetings and IEP (Individualized Education Program) discussions

Requirements:
• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Passion for working with children and a strong commitment to making a positive impact in a school-based setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Ability to tailor therapy techniques and approaches based on the unique needs and abilities of each student
