Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid COTA certification and Ohio state licensure (or eligibility to obtain by the start date)
  • Experience in both school and healthcare settings is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about student care
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support occupational therapists in delivering services shaped to each student's IEP or 504 Plan
  • Assist with evaluations and deliver targeted interventions to help students achieve functional outcomes
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings with educational staff
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, aides, and specialists
