We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Somerville, NJ. In this role, you will work closely with students to help them develop the skills necessary for success in academic and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to identify areas of need.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address motor, sensory, and self-care goals.

Provide direct therapy services aimed at improving students’ participation in school activities.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Participate in IEP meetings to set and evaluate goals for each student.

Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid New Jersey OT licensure or eligibility to obtain one.

Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
