Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Lynn, MA, for the 2025–2026 school year. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, supporting students in achieving their functional and academic goals. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact from the start of the school year.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to students under the direction of an OT.
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs.
Work with a diverse student population across various grade levels.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active Massachusetts COTA license (or eligibility to obtain by August).
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
