Join Our Team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Warren, MN

Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services to students/patients.

Implement and support individualized therapy plans to meet students’ or patients’ specific needs.

Provide hands-on therapy to help improve fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

Track student/patient progress and assist with adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance.

Active COTA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for working with children and helping them gain independence.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
