Join Our Team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Goodridge, MN

Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out therapy programs and interventions for students/patients.

Provide direct therapy services to improve motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities.

Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families to support each individual’s goals.

Document therapy sessions and track the progress of students or patients, making adjustments as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance overall therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance.

Active COTA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for helping students/patients achieve greater independence and improve quality of life.

Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
