Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) for full-time opportunities within school districts in the Yuma, AZ area. Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid COTA license in Arizona.
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor and document student progress, and communicate updates to the therapy team and educators.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of students with various disabilities.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning.
- Educate staff and families on therapeutic strategies and interventions to support student success.
