Exciting Opportunity for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Erskine, MN

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized therapy plans for students/patients.

Provide direct therapy services to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Support students/patients in developing functional independence for both school and community settings.

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and goals.

Work closely with teachers, healthcare providers, and families to track progress and ensure a coordinated approach.

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance.

Active COTA certification in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred, but not required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for helping children or individuals improve their quality of life and gain independence.

Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
