COTA Opportunity – School District Support Role

Soliant Health is currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school district near Chatsworth, CA. This part-time position (32 hours per week) involves providing services across multiple campuses and working closely with the district’s Occupational Therapist to meet students’ therapy needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct treatment and therapy services under the supervision of an on-staff Occupational Therapist (OT).

Write detailed session notes and document services provided for compliance and tracking purposes.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective therapy strategies.

Enter patient information into the system for billing purposes and maintain accurate records.

Support consultation services as needed to address individual student requirements.

Qualifications:

Active COTA certification and licensure in California.

Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple campuses.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a multidisciplinary team.
