Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a school-based position in Wilmington, NC. Job Details:

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services to students.
  • Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions under OT supervision.
  • Document student progress and collaborate with educational staff.
  • Adapt educational materials and activities to meet students' needs.

    Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Active North Carolina COTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
