Assist the Occupational Therapist in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services to patients under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.

Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to enhance function and promote independence.

Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Valid COTA license in the state of New Mexico.

Previous experience working in a therapy setting preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
