Qualifications:

  • Current, active Pennsylvania COTA license required
  • Prior experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices in therapeutic interventions for young children
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and documentation
  • Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one and in group settings with preschool students, delivering tailored occupational therapy interventions
  • Assess students' needs and assist in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and related service providers
  • Track and document student progress, updating reports and communicating with families and school staff as appropriate
  • Adapt therapy activities to support diverse learning styles and abilities
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and attend multidisciplinary meetings as needed
