Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Littleton, CO. In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively with occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to clients, helping them achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Treatment Plans: Implement treatment plans developed by licensed occupational therapists, focusing on enhancing clients' abilities and independence.

Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in various settings, including schools, clinics, and rehabilitation facilities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with occupational therapists, educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Education: Educate clients and their families about treatment goals and strategies to facilitate progress.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Certification: Current Colorado COTA license.

Experience: Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is preferred but not required.

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
