Key Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience or training in school settings, specifically with early childhood populations, is preferred

  • Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Support students’ participation in daily classroom activities, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to progress monitoring and documentation
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with staff and caregivers to optimize student outcomes
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of therapy materials and records in compliance with school and legal guidelines
