Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school-based team in Amery, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students to help them build essential skills for success in school and daily life.

Job Overview:

Location: Amery, WI

Position: Full-time

Caseload: K-12 students, variety of needs

Start Date: 2024-2025 school year

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic support to students under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

Assist in delivering interventions that focus on improving fine motor skills, self-care tasks, and sensory processing.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to ensure student progress.

Monitor and document student progress toward their goals.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decisions for student care.

Qualifications:

COTA certification with Wisconsin state licensure.

Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
