Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) 2 Openings

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Dates: August 2025 – May 2026
Schedule:
38 hours per week
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Option to work 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM if preferred
Approximately 6 required Fridays throughout the year; during those weeks, the schedule shifts to five 8-hour days
Position Details
Grade Levels: K–8
Caseload Model: Approximately 60–70 students (includes both direct and consult-only services; no evaluations or report writing required)
Multiple School Sites: Itinerant role with paid travel
Admin/Indirect Time: Paid time for team meetings and administrative tasks
Requirements
Valid Arizona COTA License
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
(Must be an IVP card – Level 1 clearance cards will not be accepted)
