ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Milford, Delaware, seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their team. This is a full-time position with summer hours and will continue into the next school year. You will work closely with elementary students to provide meaningful therapy services.
Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
School Hours: Approx. 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Caseload: Majority elementary students (Grades 2-5)
School Sites: 1-2 Elementary Schools
End Date for Current School Year: June 12th
Summer Dates: June 30 – July 30 (19 total days)
Full 2025–2026 School Year: Yes
Qualifications:
Active COTA license in Delaware
Experience working with elementary students is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and documentation skills
