Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Opportunity in Little Rock, AR

Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Dates: ASAP - May 30, 2025
Caseload: K-12th grade students

ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This full-time role involves working with K-12 students across the district, providing essential occupational therapy services to help students reach their academic and developmental goals. You will collaborate with an Occupational Therapist (OT) and school staff to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans developed by the OT
  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote students' progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions
  • Assist with the development of IEP goals related to occupational therapy

    Qualifications:

  • Active Arkansas COTA license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
