Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Opportunity in School Setting
Waynesville, MO
We are partnering with a school district in Waynesville, MO to hire a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for the upcoming school year. Ideal candidates will be passionate about student development and experienced in delivering occupational therapy in a school setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement occupational therapy plans developed by the OT.
Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with student IEPs.
Maintain documentation and track student progress.
Support student participation in classroom activities through adaptive strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program.
Missouri COTA License issued by the Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy.
NBCOT certification.
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric or school-based COTA experience.
